        Canadian Spa Amazing friendly, helpful, very thorough and reliable when arranging delivery and set-up; installation very professional, left yard totally neat and were very informative on both tub and chemicals, answered all my questions. The tub itself is everything they say; beautiful, jets are very adjustable with lots of power, but you can also enjoy a relaxing massage in the lounger without fighting the water pressure. This is our 5th hot tub purchase and by far the best experience. we couldn't be happier.

        I Love my New Hot Tub!

        I received my Ottawa Spa a week ago and we have been in it every day! It is high quality and looks great, the 5 hp pump gives a lot of power to the jets, but it's pretty quite and it heats up quickly, I am very happy that I chose the round tub, it can hold up to 6 people comfortably, but is also perfect when it's just me. The description says 38 jets, but I counted 43. The built in speakers are fantastic, and the waterfall is a really nice feature. So happy with my purchase for such a great price. I would strongly recommend the backyard delivery offered by Canadian Spa, those guys know what they're doing.

        Great value, size and features

        We purchased our Canadian Spa Winnipeg model 2 years ago. We have used it allot with only one small issue after two years. The Canadian Spa company took care of us sending out the parts (Head rests) pre paid to us. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone, it has all the features much more expensive spa's have for a fraction of the price and you can depend on after sale service. We looked at allot of spa's before buying the Winnipeg and couldn't be happier with our purchase.

        Fab Hot Tub

        We have always wanted a hot tub, but didn't want an inflatable, and didn't really have the space or the money for one of the fixed / permanent "swishy" tubs. Then I saw these rigid foam ones from Canadian Spa in B&Q and thought...... oohhh....perhaps we can have a nice tub without costing the earth..... ? And we did.... how pleased are we with our choice :0)

        Great Product - Great Service!

        Our experience of buying this amazing hot tub was perfect from start to finish. Canadian Spa were just lovely to deal with and the spa arrived a week earlier than expected. We paid extra to have it positioned and installed and it was money well spent. The two-man team of installers were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy. We are. Very happy. It's early days but I think it's the best thing we've ever bought. Thoroughly recommend. Go on treat yourself!

        I have owned the Thunderbay Spa since…

        I have owned the Thunderbay Spa since 2016. It continues to work extremely well to date no major issues and little signs of wear. Any minor problems eg one of the light/speakers stopped working properly was promptly replaced.They have also serviced it for me on 3 occasions, easily arranged and quality technician attending answering any questions I had.I consider it a quality product that has stood the test of time.

        THE ABSOLUTE BEST HOT TUBS AVAILABLE AT ANY PRICE POINT

        I previously owned a Jacuzzi. A great hot tub with out a doubt, BUT when I discovered that "Canadian Spa Company" sold a similar/higher quality product through CANADIAN TIRE, for about 50-60% less, I was blown away!I LOVE MY "LONDON SE" by Canadian Spa Company!
        Comparable models sell for $20,000-25,000 after discounts including tax. I bought mine for under $10,000 and I Couldn't be happier. With the money I saved, I'll be taking the wife to Greece!

        Amazing Customer Service

        I have had canadian spa for the last 15 years in that time if we had a problem or just needed advice the customer service was amazing plus the spa was trouble free.
        When it came to ordering a new one canadian spa was the only option for us.
        I ordered it in mid December and was expecting delivery the first week in January.
        I had to cancel my holiday due to illness so I contacted Tony from canadian spa asking if it was possible to get it before christmas.
        Rather the answer which you get from so many companies today he replies with 'I will see what I can do'. It is now christmas eve and we had our delivery this morning by the most helpful lovely guy Craig who had driven over 200 miles to get our hot tub here for christmas.
        The Toronto special edition looks amazing in our garden it is solid looking made from good quality material.
        The different colours light really make it look special.
        I knew that I would be getting a great hot tub as the name personifies quality and the best customer service.
        It is going to be a great investment as we used the last one most days for 12 years and that is no exaggeration . Once again thank you Candian Specially Craig and Tony.
